MONSTER SLIME

LEVEL: EASY

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 1 teaspoon of Borax powder
• 1 1/2 cups warm water
• 1/2 cup GLOO PVA or Glitter Glue
• Food coloring or glow-in-the-dark paint
• Glitter
• Liquid measuring cup
• Mixing spoon
• Medium sized bowl

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Mix i teaspoon Borax, 1 cup warm water, and a few drops of food colouring together in measuring cup. (For glow-in-the-dark slime, use glow in-the-dark paint instead of food colouring.)

Fun fact : Borax is a natural salt! its chemical name is sodium tetraborate.

Step 2. Measure out glue and pour into bowl.

Step 3. Add 1 tablespoon warm water and some glitter to glue and mix with spoon.

Step 4. Pour Borax mixture into glue mixture (in bowl) and mix with hands.

Step 5. Remove slime from Borax mixture quickly so that it does not become too stiff. Keep shaping and kneading with your hands. You have slime!

Tips: do not throw the Borax mixture away yet! If slime gets too gooey, pop it back in the Borax mix and it will stiffen up.
