DIY PARTY HATS
Level: Easy
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Packets of plain party hats
- Pom poms
- Chenille sticks
- Assorted Gem Packs
- Washi Tape
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Pens or pencils
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Lay out all your materials in front of you on a clean work surface, so you can see everything you have to work with.
Step 2 - Working on one party hat at a time, use the hot glue gun to secure pom poms, chenille sticks and assorted gems in the designs of your choice.
Step 3 - You can also use pens, pencils or washi tape to decorate the hats. Be creative and see what designs you can come up with
using all the different materials!
Step 4 - Allow to dry before wearing.
