• 'Moda Vera' Carry Cakes 1 x 300G ball
• One 4.50mm crochet hook or size needed for correct tension.
• Scissors, yarn needle, tape measure.
• A size 20 Everyday Supersaver Cushion Insert approx 51 x 51 cm.

TENSION

16 sts and 7.5 rows to 10cm over patt, using a 4.50mm hook.

INSTRUCTIONS

SPECIAL ABBREVIATION

Dec = (yoh and draw up a loop in next st, yoh and draw through first 2 loops on hook) 3 times, yoh and draw through all 4 loops on hook.

CUSHION

Using 4.50mm make 76ch.

1st row - Miss 3ch, 1tr in each of next 8ch, dec, 1tr in each of next 7ch, * 3tr in next ch, 1tr in each of next 7ch, Dec, 1tr in each of next 7ch, rep from * to last ch, 2tr in last ch.

2nd row - (1dc, 1ch, 1tr) in first tr, 1tr in each of next 7tr, Dec, 1tr in each of next 7tr, * 3tr in next tr, 1tr in each of next 7tr, Dec, 1tr in each of next 7tr, rep from * to turning ch, 2tr in turning ch. Last row forms chevron patt. Cont in chevron patt until side edges of work measure 93cm from beg. Fasten off.

FINISHING

DO NOT PRESS. Fold work in half lengthways to make a square. Using mattress st join side edges tog to form a pocket. Place cushion insert inside pocket and using
mattress st, join chevron edges tog to enclose, taking care to match chevrons when joining.
