PURE WOOL 8PLY RIB SCARF
Level: Easy
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- '4 Seasons' Pure Wool 8Ply 50g x 5 balls
- 1 pair 4.50mm knitting needles or size required to give correct tension.
- Scissors, yarn needle, tape measure
Measurements
Width (approx) cm: 18
Length (approx) cm: 180
Tension
20 sts to 10cm in width over patt, using 4.50mm needles.
Note - This scarf has been worked on bigger needles than normally recommended.
INSTRUCTIONS
SCARF
Using 4.50mm needles, cast on 37 sts.
Note - When joining in a new ball of yarn, join yarn 2 sts in from side edges to avoid unsightly knot along edge of Scarf.
Beg Patt - 1st row (RS) - Knit.
2nd row - P1, K1, P1, rep from to end.
Last 2 rows form patt.
Cont in patt until work measures approx 180cm from beg or until enough yarn remains to cast off, ending with a 2nd row.
Cast off loosely knitways.
FINISHING
