2nd row: Ch 1. 2 dcbl in first dc. *1 dcbl in each of next 8 dc. Skip next 2 dc. 1 dcbl in each of next 8 dc. 3 dcbl in next dc. Rep from * to end of row, ending last rep with 2 dcbl in last dc. Turn.
