PINK FLORAL HEADPIECE

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Dahlia Cream Pink x 6
- Camellia Branch pink x 1
- Cymbidium Orchid x 1
- Mum Flower Pink x 3
- Ranunculus Stem Cream x 2
- Headband x 1
- Hot Melt Glue Gun & Glue sticks
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Remove flower heads and buds from stems using wire cutters. Tip - leave a little extra stem than you think you will need as you can always cut it back shorter. At this point o not cut the orchid stem short. Simply trim to a workable size so you can judge the height you would like in the final steps of the project
Step 2 - Create your design on your workbench then once satisfied, attach to the headband starting with the large dahlias first.
Step 3 - Continue attaching your larger flower heads until you are satisfied. Remember very little goes to waste. Camellia buds add a stunning element of texture and colour to this head piece.
Step 4 - Fill in the areas around the camellias and dahlias with the cymbidium orchid heads. Place your feature orchid spray in position and trim the stem to your desired length at this point. It is the top of the orchid spray with the buds that creates this look. Use flowers lower on the stem to fill in any gaps
Step 5 - Finish off the reverse side of the band with another gorgeous dahlia head to cover any exposed stems.
