WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Shamrock Craft Decofoam Lady Head
• Needle & thread
• Hot glue gun & glue sticks

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Prepare your feathers by cutting them into shape. Use sharp scissors to cut the feathers into diamond shapes. Repeat for all goose feathers.

Step 2 - Once all your feathers are cut you can begin to assemble your fascinator. Place the double loop headband on your head form and begin attaching the feathers one by one in desired design.

Step 3 - You can attach the feathers to the head band by using a needle and thread to stitch them to the headband or alternatively you can use a hot glue gun to secure the feathers instead, this is a much quicker method but won't be as sturdy.

Step 4 - Continue attaching the feathers until the wave shape is formed.

Step 5 - To finish add some of the biot feathers to fill any gaps and add more texture to the fascinator.
