How should I care for and maintain my new pots and pans?
With the right care and maintenance, your new pots and pans can last for years, and we have a few tips to help you maintain your new product's optimum performance. Some of our pans are dishwasher safe. However, washing by hand is usually the preferred option. Please ensure that you allow the pan to cool properly before washing in warm water. If you are struggling with a particularly dirty pan, bicarbonate of soda is a great way of getting rid of that stubborn burnt-on residue and dealing with leftover grease. Pots and pans that are non-stick have been treated with a coating which means that you can skip the use of cooking oils and extra fat and make healthier choices. However, it is important to note that non-stick cookware can be easily scratched and you should not use stainless steel utensils with these pans and wash with a soft cloth only.
