How can I claim my 10% Bargain Guarantee reduction?
You can claim your Bargain Guarantee by providing advertising material, a genuine signed quote, a dated receipt or any other official document from the other retail store.
These documents will be used to assist the Spotlight team member to confirm that the product is identical including brand, model, year of manufacture and colour, and if the item is in stock and offered at a lower price by a competitor.
This offer is currently only available in our physical stores.
I want to buy or have bought an item online. How can I claim the Bargain Guarantee?
The Bargain Guarantee is not available for online purchases at this time.
What items are included in the Bargain Guarantee?
Any identical branded product that is in stock and available for sale (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks) by both the competitor and Spotlight at the time of quoting.
Conditions of and exclusions from the Bargain Guarantee?
Spotlight will beat a competitor’s advertised price for an identical branded and stocked product subject to the following conditions:
- The product is identical: including brand, model, year of manufacture and colour;
- The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks) in the quantity requested and available for immediate purchase;
- The competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges and insurance and handling;
- If either the competitor's product or our product is bundled with other products or bonuses (ie. offers) then both offers must be identical;
- The competitors’ retail premises must be within 30km of the Spotlight store at which you are seeking a price match or be an Singapore website capable of delivering the product to your residence;
- Excludes Cricut Maker Machine, Cricut Maker 3 Machine, Cricut Explore 3 Machine, Cricut Explore Air 2, Cricut Easy Press Machines, Cricut Joy Machine, Cricut Mini Easy Press, Cricut Bright Pads, Silhouette Craft Machines;
- Excludes competitor websites that don't have a retail store in Singapore;
- Excludes trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, warehouses, auctions and auction sites, duty free, liquidation and clearance sales or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a corporate discount;
- Excludes cash back offers or any vouchers offered by the competitor or the competitor's vendors;
- The competitor’s offer must be verifiable by Spotlight;
- We can take into account the value of any cash backs, discounts or vouchers offered by Spotlight or Spotlight's vendors.
