INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Press panel and place on cutting mat. Using ruler and rotary cutter cut along white lines to separate all triangles.

Step 2 - Place one patterned triangle and one spot triangle right sides together. Sew down one long side to the point and up the other side, lifting your presser foot and leaving your needle down at the point to pivot. Leave the top (short) side of the triangle open.

Step 3 - Repeat for all the sets of triangles and press. Trim the point and a small amount of excess fabric at the end of the triangle (this will give a neater point).

Step 4 - Turn triangles right side out using a point turner or wooden chopstick to push the point out. Press well and trim top edges to make triangles all the same length. Stack triangles in order for the bunting alternating patterned and spot or as desired.

Step 5 - To attach triangles to tape, place first triangle on machine with desired side face up and point facing to the left. Leave a 20cm tail at the start of the tape and place on top edge of triangle aligning top edge of tape with top edge of triangle. Sew down the center of the tape.

Step 6 - Leaving 5-10mm of tape slide next triangle under tape, aligning top edges and sew. Continue in this manner until all triangles are sewn to the tape. Leaving a tail the same as at the start trim off any excess tape.
