HALLOWEEN CAPE

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Create a 2cm hem around the entire piece of fabric, pin and stitch into place.

Step 2. At the top end of cap fold fabric over about 5cm.

Step 3. Using your scissors make several snips in the fold, about 1 inch apart along the fold of the fabric.

Step 4. Open the fold and now weave your ribbon through the slits.

Step 5. Once the ribbon is woven through gather the fabric towards the center.

Step 6. Take each end of ribbon and loop it back through the last slit and create a knot to secure.
