INSTRUCTIONS

LAVENDER STEMS

Step 1 - Cut a strip from purple polar fleece measuring 6cm wide by 25cm long.

Fold strip in half across the width, and glue the two long sides together along the edges.

Using sharp scissors, snip into the folded long side of the fleece at intervals of 3mm to make a looped fringe.

Step 2 - Glue one end of the un-fringed end of fleece to the top of the cloth wire. Gluing as you go, wrap the fleece tightly around the wire spiraling downwards. Cut 3x small leaf shapes from green fleece from the template provided. Place a small amount of glue on the base end of one leaf and pinch this end of leaf around the wire at the base of the lavender flower. Repeat with another leaf just below the first with the leaf pointing out the opposite way. Glue one more leaf about 4cm down from the last leaf pointing out the same direction as the first leaf.

FOLIAGE STEMS

Step 1 - From template provided, cut 9x small petal shapes from green fleece. Place a small amount of glue on the base end of one petal and pinch this end of leaf around the top of the wire.

Repeat process gluing the petals to wire with a distance of 3cm in between the base of each petal and each petal pointing out to the opposite side.

OPEN ROSES

Step 1 - Cut a strip from pink fleece measuring 3cm wide by 7cm long.

Step 2 - From template provided, cut 4x small petals and 8x large petals from pink fleece. Place a small amount of glue on the base end of one small petals and pinch ends together tightly. Repeat gluing the remaining 3 small petal around the first petal, keeping nice and tight. Continuing the process, gluing the remaining 8x large petals around the base of the smaller petals, slowly loosening off the tension with each petal to give the opening out petal look.

Step 3 - Place some glue onto the end of the cloth wire and insert firmly into the back base of the flower. From template provided, cut 1x rose base leaf from green fleece. Make a tiny snip in the center of leaf and thread onto wire, gluing the leaf up to the base of the flower. From template provided, cut 2x rose leaves from green fleece.

Place a small amount of glue on the base end of one leaf and pinch this end of leaf around the wire 4cm below the rose flower. Glue one more leaf about 4cm down from the last leaf pointing out the same direction as the first leaf.

LARGE FLOWER

Step 1 - Cut a strip from pink fleece measuring 3cm wide by 7cm long.

Cut along one long side of strip to make a fringe. Place some glue on the non-fringe side of strip and roll this side into a tight roll with fringed end flowing out.

Step 2 - From template provided, cut 4x small petals and 8x large petals from orange fleece. Place a small amount of glue on the base end of one small petals and stick to the side of the base of the rolled fringe. Repeat gluing the remaining 3 small petal around the fringe base. Continuing the process, gluing the remaining 8x large petals around the base of the smaller petals, spacing evenly apart.

Step 3 - Place some glue onto the end of the cloth wire and insert firmly into the back base of the flower. From template provided, cut 3x large leaves from green fleece.

Place a small amount of glue on the base end of one leaves and glue this end to the center base of flower and around wire. Repeat with process with the remaining 2x leaves with the leaves pointing out in different directions and covering the back base of flower.
