CRICUT FOIL EASTER CARDS
LEVEL: BEGINNER
What you'll need:
- Cricut explore air 2, maker, explore 3, maker 3
- Cricut design space application
- 12” x 12” cricut lightgrip machine mat
- Cricut foil transfer tool
- Cricut scoring wheel
- 12” x 12” or 4” x 6” cricut foil transfer sheets in gold, silver, rose gold, or red
- Cricut smart sticker cardstock in pastels
INSTRUCTIONS
Bunny card
Step 1 – Start by opening the cricut design space application and open canvas.
Step 2 – On your blank canvas, enter a rectangle and size to the base of your card. Add a score line where you want the card to fold.
Step 3 - Find the following Easter images, insert and arrange on the canvas.
- #M27264AB0 – Scalloped border
- #M470E4 - Bunny
Step 3 - Enter Text Happy Easter using Alyssa Stencil Script and change line type to foil.
Step 4 – Change the inside cut line to medium foil on the bunny. Make sure the background is set to cut and the design is set for foil – fine, medium or bold.
Step 5 - Make sure everything is correctly positioned. Select your machine type followed by make it. Follow the instructions on the design space application to see when the fine point blade, scoring wheel and foil transfer tip need to be added/changed out.
Note: Once the foil has finished DO NOT UNLOAD mat. Carefully remove foil, replace foil tip with cutting blade and continue.
Easter egg card
Step 1 – Start by opening the cricut design space application and open canvas.

- #M257D709D – Easter egg draw
- #MAE3FOO2 – Chocolate Easter egg

Step 4 – Change the inside cut line to medium foil on the bunny. Make sure the background is set to cut and the design is set for foil – fine, medium or bold.

Step 3 – Insert a score line where you want the card to fold and add square on the right-hand side of the card.
Step 4 - Find the following Easter image below, insert and arrange on the canvas.
