LOLLY ROCKY ROAD
Level: Easy
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 250g Milk Chocolate
- 400g Dark Chocolate
- 500-600g mixed lollies (we used freckles, party mix, snakes and smarties)
- Square Bake Pan
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt chocolate together in the the microwave on low, checking at 30 second intervals to stir.
Once melted stir through two thirds of the lollies.
Line a square baking pan with baking paper. Pour chocolate lolly mixture in and then top with remaining lollies.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing.
