What is a drink dispenser?

A drink dispenser is a large glass or plastic jar with a lidded top and a spout at the bottom. Drinks can be mixed and poured into the jug via the hole at the top, and then individual glasses of drink can be poured via the nozzle at the bottom. Some drink dispensers are designed to sit directly on a table or bar, while drink dispensers with stands are designed to sit off a surface inside the stand.

How to keep drink dispenser cold

Besides adding ice to the dispenser, you can also freeze the fruit you plan on adding to it so they can act like ice cubes that won't make your drinks watery. You can also use steel or plastic ice cubes that won't melt into the drink, or use a portable ice core that you can place into the dispenser. You can keep drink glasses in the fridge to help keep the beverages poured into them cool too!

How to clean the drink dispenser nozzle

Remove the nozzle from the empty dispenser and submerge it in a solution of hot water and vinegar for a few minutes. Then use a stiff brush to scrub the nozzle clean of any build-up. Let it airy dry before reattaching it to the drink dispenser.
