Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs

Individual product pages indicate if an item is Standard, Big & Bulky, Oversized 1 - 4.

Delivery on Standard Metro delivery products as marked on the product page, is AU$9.99, no matter how many Standard delivery products you buy.

Delivery on Metro Big & Bulky products as marked on the product page, is AU$29.99 for each item. All Standard products ordered with Big & Bulky products are delivered free!

Delivery on Metro Oversized products as marked on the product page, are charged at the national flat fees listed below and may be cumulative. Fees for Oversized products vary according to the size of the item.

Delivery on Metro Made to Measure products as marked on the product page, is AU$29.99 for each item.

Big & Bulky and Oversized products can only be sent to street addresses.

Big & Bulky and Oversized orders to Regional and Remote areas cost is calculated in checkout based on location.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note all Big & Bulky products and Oversized items are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

Delivery times

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery on Standard product orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post. The Australia Post network is currently experiencing delays, please allow 2-14 days business days.

Big & Bulky and Oversize products will be delivered via courier. Please allow 3 - 14 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Made to Measure products will be delivered via courier. Your order will be dispatched in 8-14 business days. The Toll IPEC courier will be used to deliver Made to Measure orders. Our couriers deliver week days only.

Delivery Areas

Standard and Big & Bulky products are delivered via the Australia post network and are home delivered where this service exists. If you are outside of their home delivery network they will deliver to the nearest post office and you will receive a card for collection.

Oversized items require a street address for delivery and are can only be delivered to mainland Australia addresses, including Tasmania. (Some exclusions may apply.) Islands cannot be serviced by our Courier Services.

Should we be unable to arrange delivery to your location, we will arrange a refund for your order.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments.

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.

The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Order tracking

All Standard and Big & Bulky orders are despatched using our primary delivery partner Australia Post.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from Spotlight containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call Customer Service on 1300 305 405 (Local Call Cost within Australia) or email us using the contact us option from our online store.

Once you have your consignment tracking number, you can track your parcel by using the 'click here' entry on your shipping confirmation email or entering the consignment number into the Australia Post website delivery tracking system. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register the consignment tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.

International Delivery

Spotlight is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an Australian address.
