As this product is hand made, please allow for some variation in sizing and appearance. This rug may experience shedding which will lessen over time. Shedding renews the fibre and keeps your wool rug looking fresh and new for many years. The soft, felted wool may flatten over time so is recommended for low traffic areas.

Always follow care instructions on the label of your rug. Rotate your rug every 3-6 months to reduce uneven wear and tear.

Lightly vacuum once or twice a week using the lightest possible setting. Avoid powerful vacuums that may pull fibres loose from the base of the rug. Vacuum the base of your rug occasionally, as dirt can accumulate here as well.

Blot spills with a paper towel or colourless cloth, do not wipe or scrub, and spot clean with a small amount of gentle detergent and warm water. For further cleaning tips, please contact your rug cleaning professional.
